Thank you for shopping with Ausie Sales. This page explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders within Australia.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to all locations across Australia, including metro, regional and remote areas.
We currently do not ship internationally.
2. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Peak periods may require extra processing time.
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
- Remote Areas: May require an extra 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
We may offer:
- Flat-rate shipping
- Free shipping above $100
- Express shipping at an additional cost
All shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If tracking doesn’t update for more than 48 hours, feel free to contact us and we’ll check with the courier.
6. Damaged, Lost or Delivery Issues
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a refund, replacement or another suitable solution under Australian Consumer Law.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Make sure the delivery address you provide is accurate.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Extra shipping charges may apply.
8. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some carriers may leave parcels unattended if ATL is selected.
If you choose ATL, Ausie Sales is not responsible for theft or loss after the parcel is marked as delivered.
Select signature on delivery if you prefer added security.
9. Pre-Orders or Backorders
If you order an item listed as pre-order or backorder, dispatch times will be noted on the product page.
Your order will ship once all items are in stock.
If you want items shipped separately, additional fees may apply.
